Overview

Fran Alvarez was born in the shadow of war. Raised on Europa, she spent her formative years in the crossfire of the Thebian invasion, where every day was a lesson in survival. From a young age, she showed a talent for ground combat and tactical support, eventually earning a place in the Enhanced Special Forces, known as the Blue Berets.

As La Bruta, Fran specialized in frontline assault and heavy weapons support. But her war didn't end on the battlefield. Captured during a Thebian offensive, Fran spent five hellish years imprisoned on Elara, a brutal mining colony repurposed as a P.O.W. camp.

It was on Elara that she was implanted with a behavior modification chip, designed to suppress dissent and enforce compliance. Though partially deactivated after her escape, its lingering influence remains a constant shadow in her mind.

Now, aboard the C.S.S. Hell’s Belle, Fran fights a different war—one for freedom, loyalty, and survival in the merciless frontier. Her adversaries have changed, but her resolve has not. Among them: Gula Corp, whose interests on Elara still intertwine with Fran's unfinished business.
